FeedLocal Organization, a NJ Nonprofit Corporation (“Company or “We) respects your privacy and values the relationship we have with you. This Privacy Policy describes:

We also describe the measures we take to protect the security of the information and how our customers can contact us about our privacy practices.
By using our services, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify or amend the terms of our Privacy Policy from time to time without notice. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.
Our Privacy Principle
The name, address, e-mail, and any payment information provided by you to FeedLocal will not be processed or disclosed by us to third parties except as you expressly authorize it, or as we believe is reasonably permitted by law or regulation.

We may obtain personal information about you through various sources, such as, sign up forms on our website and other forms related to our services and through your conversations with our representatives.
Information You Provide
You may choose to provide personal information to us in several ways, such as over the phone, by email, or on our website. The types of personal information you may provide to us includes:
Contact information (such as name, postal address, email address, and phone number)
Payment information (such as your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, banking account)
Any other personal information that you voluntarily provide, including information you provide when you sign up on our website or contact us.

· We may collect your name, email address, telephone number and payment information when you make a contribution, either on our website, over the phone or by mailing in a check.

· We will not send you mailings on behalf of other organizations.
· We will only share your personal information if you give us specific permission to do so.
· We will use your data to maintain records of donations, send acknowledgements, mail year-end tax statements to you, send newsletters, notices, and direct mail pieces, and for internal marketing purposes.
· We will collect payment information, billing address and other information necessary to process a donation.
· We will use your information to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
· We will use the personal information to protect against potential fraud. We may verify with third parties the information collected in the course of processing a gift, event registration or other donation. If you use a credit or debit card on the website, we may use card authorization and fraud screening services to verify that your card information and address matches the information that you supplied to us and that the card being used has not been reported lost or stolen.
· Credit card numbers are NOT retained once processed unless you are doing a recurring donation.
· We add you to our mailing list unless you request otherwise. Our third-party mailing service is contractually obligated to treat the lists with confidentiality and is prohibited from transferring them elsewhere.

Children’s Privacy
FeedLocal does not knowingly solicit orders or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18. If we have reason to believe that any personally identifying information has been submitted to us by a child under 18, contact us and we will delete that information as soon as possible. We will not disclose that information to any third party or use it ourselves in any way.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to help protect and secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. However, please remember that no data storage or data transmission over the Internet, or by other means, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Thus, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. Therefore, you understand, acknowledge, and agree that you transmit your personal information via the internet at your own risk.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. You should never submit to us payment or tax information via email.
Google Forms Notice
FeedLocal utilizes Google Forms® such as sign-up forms, volunteer forms and fundraising forms, including personal information such as telephone numbers, postal addresses, and email addresses. Responses are stored in a worksheet that can only be accessed through the Google account login of FeedLocal (this means that only a FeedLocal team member has access to the information). The data in Google Form is as secure as any other cloud-based system which takes survey data and stores it within its firewall. Your data is not viewable on the Google Search Engine. The form you complete, and its related data belongs solely FeedLocal Corporation.
Governing law
You agree that your use of this Privacy Policy and any disputes relating thereto shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute relating to this Privacy Policy shall be resolved solely in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
In the event that we add new services or features which affect our Privacy Policy, or if other changes in our privacy practices or applicable laws changes to the Privacy Policy, this document will be updated accordingly.
